Ordered on 14, i get my lovely watch on 18. Professional. i love it.

Bought a Seiko Sarb033 in januari 2017. Beautiful watch and really enjoyed wearing it. However, after 1,5-2 years the watch started to run too slowly (at the beginning 2-3 minutes per day, eventually 3 minutes per hour), making the watch unusable.

After writing SeiyaJapan, I was told the warranty is expired and would need to pay $160 to have this problem fixed. To me this is ridiculous because when you buy a $400 watch you would expect it to run without problems for well over 2 years time, and if such big malfunctions occur the seller should have to take its responsibility. Therefor I am really disappointed with my purchase here.

My experience with SeiyaJapan was good. The Seiko watch (SVSC003) is now 12 years young, serviced once by Seiko at age 10. It still keeps +3/-3 time at worst, often better.

That was fast!! I ordered a Seiko Alpinist on Tuesday and it showed up Thursday. In the box still in the manufacturer wrapping, it had never been touched. I also got a Seiko catalog and a cloth with the SeiyaJapan logo on it. I guess 
for wiping it down or cleaning it. From Japan to California in two days, I'm impressed. Not to mention even with shipping it was cheaper than anyone on Amazon.

Having bougth 3 watches already I have nothing but positive feedback for Seiya San. JDM-watches are by far more interesting and visually better looking than what is normally available in Europe, and Seiya's stock is superb. Quick handling, no trouble whatsoever, watches are genuine. Seiya is my preferred option for JDM-watches.

Outstanding shipping and excellent website. It may take a day or so for emails to be returned, but Japan is a long way from the US and I believe he is very good on getting back to me on email.

I am so happy with my new retro style Seiko watches. The price-performance ratio is amazing.
The only improvement could be logo in kana or kanji. Latin seems so vague :-D
