I love this watch. It is comfortable, understated and you feel the quality every time you put it on. The equivalent Rolex I thought I wanted felt shoddy by comparison.

I can tell you why '8 thousand bucks' is the right price for this watch. Despite the published figures my model has gained just 2 seconds since last October. Added to the supreme attention to detail and the silky smooth Spring Drive this blows the likes of Rolex out of the water (and I don't care that people think 'its just a Seiko')

Ever since I saw the first pictures of the SBGA031 I liked it a lot and knew I had to have one. Now, with the watch in my hand, I am just thrilled over the attention to detail in all aspects of it. This is an esquisite piece, with a perfect size and weight (due to the use of bright Ti). The sloping ceramic (?) bezel is perfect and will make it easy to use the watch also with long sleeved shirts. With the 9R65 Spring Drive movement, accuracy and reliability is a given.
